02 Editorial Design: Dreamchaser
Project Summary
This project involves experimenting and designing a typeface that extracts inspiration from a character from a film or novel. An experimentation containing mixed media, crafting and playing is in required to achieve the final outcome. Typography, storytelling and image making rely on one another.

Design Strategy
Understanding and translating the given task, “Dreamchaser” is a typeface that orbits around the main character from the film Mamma Mia, Donna. This typeface depicts the main characteristics of her personality: free-spirited, dancing queen and energetic. A series of blues and purples highlight the party girl she is. Hair gel, together with a combination of water and glitter, a lively typeface is created.
